If you would like to offer a testimonial for an infomercial product just fill out the form below and submit it to us. We will use our contacts in the infomercial industry to try to forward it to the appropriate person who can determine its best use or record your testimonial.
We will try our best to pass your information on to the responsible party but cannot guarantee that we can forward every request.

If, while filling out the form, you find you are missing pertinent information it’s best to stop, find the missing information, and return later to submit your testimonial. Any correspondence from us to you will be by email, so be sure to supply an email address where you can be reached so we can let you know the disposition of your submission or request additional information. Please state all information carefully and fully. All information you provide may be forwarded to the company you specify.
CAUTION: Please be aware that there are instances where the same product is being offered for sale by more than one company. It is important to know that you are contacting the right company. You may need to find any paperwork or packaging that came with the product or was mailed separately to identify the correct selling company.
