    If you are having difficulty with an infomercial order you have placed or have a problem that needs resolving with an infomercial product you have purchased, just fill out the form below stating the specifics and submit it to us. We will use our contacts in the infomercial industry to try to forward it to the appropriate person who may be able to assist you with your problem. If you would like to offer a testimonial for an infomercial product please use our Testimonial Submission Form.

    We will try our best to pass your information on to the responsible party but cannot guarantee that we can forward every request.

    Please take your time and fill in the form below completely. To get customer service issues resolved satisfactorily it is best to supply all supporting information possible. If, while filling out the form, you find you are missing pertinent information it’s best to stop, find the missing information, and return later to submit your problem. Any correspondence from us to you will be by email, so be sure to supply an email address where you can be reached so we can let you know the disposition of your submission or to request additional information. Please state all information carefully and fully. All information you provide may be forwarded to the company you specify.

    CAUTION: Please be aware that there are instances where the same product is being offered for sale by more than one company. It is important to know that you are contacting the right company with your problem. You may need to find any paperwork or packaging that came with the product or was mailed separately to identify the correct selling company. Knowing the toll free number you called to order the product may also be useful.

    We will notify you by email of our ability to contact the company you purchased your product or service from. Due to the nature of the technology, email can occasionally go astray. If you have not received an email response from us within one week, please resubmit.
